An Unexpected Award

I figured this award was for bloggers who blog more frequently than I do, but I'd like to think I fit the description that Susan passed on with the award. :)

"By definition, a prolific blogger 'is one who is intellectually productive...keeping up an active blog that is filled with enjoyable content.'"

Thank you, Susan!

And now, I would like to pass the award to five of my favorite intellectually productive bloggers:

And now I'm back to potty training and cracking my W-I-P! I've just about met my revising goal for the week (deadline: tomorrow). How is your week going?

  3. Aw. *blushes* Thanks Myrna. I'm way behind on my awards posts--so I may not pass it on for a bit. But you shall see it in my sidebar soon. You are teh awesome!

  4. Oh, good luck with the potty training! That is one of the parts of parenthood that I dread the most.

  6. I'm so honored that you picked me as a award recipient. Thanks, Myrna!

And thank you for your comment on my little ballet story. I think you're right. I'm feeling more confident in going that direction, especially after talking to my daughter this afternoon. I said, "Why would me being in your class embarrass you?" and she said, "Because you're too old." Um, yep. I guess that's about enough to mortify a second grader. :)

  7. Thanks, Myrna! I won't be able to pass this on until next week, but I definitely will.

Good luck with your potty training.

  8. Thank you, Myrna!

(And if I had a choice between potty training and WIP...I'd pick the WIP!)

    I've been there three times....yuck!

    good luck.

  9. Yes, I do, Southpaw. And, thank you!

You're welcome, Shannon! I was surprised you didn't already have it.

Thanks, Rorie. I need all the luck I can get.

You're welcome, Niki! I mailed your book yesterday. Please, let me know when it reaches you.

A.L., you're so welcome! It sounds like it's going to be a great little story.

Thanks, Krista! She's training with underwear on today, so she's having accidents.

You're welcome, Shelley. There's no contest. Writing is a party compared to potty training. And this is my third time. Thanks for the luck, oh, lucky one. ;)

  10. Hopefully the award will make the potty training not quite so discouraging! Those were not happy days at our house, but they did seem to pass quickly.

  11. Congrats on the awards! And would you be so kind as to come to my house and complete the forementioned potty-training and revising? I need both--the potty-training for the three year old and the revising for me (I'm way behind on WIP).

    Have a great time!

  12. No, Susan, they're not happy days, but thanks for the award. I hope they pass quickly.

Jackee, what do you mean you're behind? You just had a request for a full. Since I've never submitted anything to an agent, you're ahead. ;)

I did reach my WIP cracking goal for the week though. Now, if I can reach my goal for the month, I'll be happy dancing in spite of the potty training.
