Need Feedback On Your Picture Book Manuscript?
Dear Editor is giving away a free picture book edit. If you're interested, click here for her giveaway post. You have until October 10th. And if you write for children, I recommend subscribing to her feed. She isn't requiring it to enter her contest, but she answers questions, both through her posts and in e-mails. Dear Editor is one of my three favorite writing industry blogs.

ReplyDeleteThanks for the heads up, Myrna. I'm planning on entering if the website will ever accept my form. It keeps coming up with errors -- yesterday and today! I guess I'll keep trying. If anyone else is having problems, let me know so I don't feel like the only idiot on the block. :)
ReplyDeleteI guess if it never works, it wasn't meant to be. But I have subscribed now, so that's a plus. I got to meet Deborah at the SCBWI conference this last summer. Her breakout session was awesome.

Amy, I remember your mentioning that you met her there. I haven't tried to submit mine yet, because I need to revise it first. I wish I had one of those time turners, like the one Hermione had in the third Harry Potter book.
