This Sunday, October 10th, will close my first year of blogging. Thank you for your comments, blog posts, friendships, book reviews, writing advice, interviews, e-mails, awards, contests, pictures, and comments. ;)
In honor of the occasion, I'll be answering any questions (but keep it PG) you might have (that don't involve Super Secret Info like passwords and SS#s). Also, in keeping with my other Q&A, I would love for you to share something about yourself, anything you like.
Thank you for reading my blog.
You Q: When are we going to see a teaser/hook/pitch/tidbit of Star Swans?
ReplyDeleteMy A: I love Tikka Masala. And yes, I know I need to go to London. Boy, do I know it. :o)
Congrats on the blogiversary! I think I've been in love with it ever since you started. Here's to many more years here!
Cheers,
Jackee
Q: What took you to Mexico, Holland, Switzerland, Germany, France, Spain, Portugal, and Canada?
ReplyDeleteI agree with Jackee - I want to hear more about STAR SWANS! (Even though I already know more than just about anyone else alive (besides you, of course (mwa ha, ha, ha... (okay, so the evil laugh doesn't really fit there - I just wanted to squeeze it in:) ))))
Congrats on a year birthday! Something about me you will find out if you read my latest post :) And my question for you is where do you live? If you don't want to answer publicly you can email me. I love knowing more personal stuff about my blogger friends, like locale, marital status, jobs and stuff even tho I know a lot of people aren't as comfortable giving out the info. What can I say, I'm nosy.
ReplyDeleteWhen did you first start writing...and what form did your early efforts take?
ReplyDeleteAs for me, something you probably don't know is that I wrote my first poem when I was four years old, and my mother is the one who taught me.
=)
Congrats on one great year for your blog, with many more to come, I hope. :)
ReplyDeleteCongratulations! :)
ReplyDeleteCould you share one of your children's poems with us? (tips would be nice too)
One of my favorite books is Love that Dog--a fun story told with poetry.
Making Life a Work of Art!
Congrats on your frist blogiversary. Love the halloween look. :D
ReplyDeleteHappy early blogversary :D
ReplyDeleteCongrats on the one year milestone! I think a lot of us must have started last fall!!
ReplyDeleteWhat is your number one goal in life?
Where do you see yourself in five years?
What is one thing you like to have while writing?
What's your publishing career goal (even if "career" is in quotes :-)?
ReplyDeleteSomething about me? I hate ketchup. There, I said it!
Hmm how about...how many hours a day do you spend blogging and/or tweeting? Has it grown or waned as you're approaching the one-year mark?
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on one year of blogging!
ReplyDeleteWhat was your first publication? and when?
Something about me...I just had an article published in the MO AR SCBWI Regional Newsletter. :)
Have a great rest of the week!
Congrats. Made it through (almost)the first year.
ReplyDeleteHate to be unoriginal, but I have to add myself to the group that want to hear a snippet of your WIP. Or maybe a one sentence synopsis.....just something.....
ReplyDeleteSo...when?
Happy weekend!
Something about me....I am so tired it is not even funny....
Congratulations on 1 year!
ReplyDeleteQuestion: What
Something about me: Hmm...I'm not too interesting right now--lots of homework. Um, fall is my favorite season, and I went on a walk two days ago and saw a tree with bright yellow leaves right next to one with dark purple leaves. They were beautiful--and yellow and violet are complimentary colors on the color wheel, so they really poppped against each other. I've always wondered why no one (at least that I know of)--and especially a movie villain--has planted dark maples and other purple leaved trees all around their house. Why not surround a home with purple foliage?
Hooray for a whole year of your wonderful blog!
ReplyDeleteLove it all!
Oooh I'm coming up on a year myself! I didn't realize we started about the same time, because it took me a while to find you! :)
ReplyDeleteQuestion: Any regrets of the year-of-the-blog? Will you do it for another year?
How have your bloggie friends stretched you/enlightened you/assisted you in your writing endeavors?
ReplyDeleteHappy blogoversary.
I love your blog and congrats on being one :o) I adore the wee spooks. You missed with your duster, I can see webs!! haha
ReplyDeleteI'm still working on my writing course. Just sent off the non-fiction assignments.
Question - Do you get worried about what to post on your blog?
One more! ...What do you like/dislike about where you live?
