I am so proud of you!!!Dang, them is a lot of words!Enjoy your well deserved rest.Shelley
Congatulations!! If I were you, I'd treat myself to some chocolate. :)
Whoo hoo! That is great news! :)
Great job, Myrna! (Sorry, Robyn.)
Yay for you! That is awesome.
Hooray, Myrna. Wonderful news. I know how that goes -- losing sleep because I'm too busy with those late-night/early morning revisions. Sleep well!
Thanks, everyone! I've slept, chaperoned a field trip this morning, and we're taking the kids to the Clark Country Fair this afternoon. Is anyone else going?
Congratulations! So, what was your reward again? (Aside from getting it finished, that is.)We're heading to the fair tomorrow. Today would have been better, but oh well. Have fun!
Congratulations! Good luck with Round 3 when it comes time, but enjoy the accomplishment until then.
Proud of you :o))))) and thanks for yours and Gwennie's wonderful comments on my blog challenge. :o)
Wahoo! That's reason for celebration (at least a really long nap!)
Shelley, I almost doubled the word count from my first draft. Krista, Robyn still hasn't finished. The deadline for one of her projects was extended to tomorrow, and she left some of it to finish in the morning. Rorie, I didn't say what the rewards were. Robyn wanted a Webkinz, if she won. I wanted her to help me garden, if I won. The other two like working in the yard, but she really doesn't. And thanks, everyone, for your comments and encouragement. I love my blogging buddies. :o)
That's wonderful. It's a trend. Lots of people are finishing up their drafts and revisions. Ooo, I hope I join this group!
Go for it, Southpaw. It's worth missing a bit of sleep.C. Michael, thank you!
Myrna, you're amazing! I wish I had half the talent you have!
Oh, Wick, you have different talents than I do. That's why we used to take math and English together. Remember?
Did you know that there was a murder scene blogfest going on now? http://annerileybooks.com/2010/03/its-gonna-be-a-bloody-one-folks-murder-scene-blogfest-is-here/.Come check out my entry. It's from my historical fantasy, RITES OF PASSAGE :http://rolandyeomans.blogspot.com/.Thanks, Roland
And Robyn finished yesterday morning, right before school. :)
