Something Funny

Okay. This may be even better than his "I'm Reading a Book" video. If you've never seen a Julian Smith video, you should. Really. Let me distract you. ;)

The revising went well today. If I could make this kind of progress every day, I'd be finished with this draft by the end of the week. If only.

  1. ROFLOL! That reminded me so much of Monty Python. Thank you for the video!

  2. Really, you'd be finished by the end of the week? That's great! I'm excited to read me some BINDER'S WEB in the near future:)

  4. Thanks for the distraction. I didn't need it, but I succumbed to temptation anyway. :) That video is hilarious. Yes, I agree with Adam -- it has a Monty Python feel to it. :)

  5. Yep. Q, that was my reaction. Then I watched it a couple more times.

Adam, that's what it reminded me of. You're welcome!

Thanks, Krista. Yeah, if only someone wanted to steal Linguini a couple of hours a day for the rest of the week. Ben had the day off yesterday.

    You're welcome, Sarah!

I like the scream at the end...

    "I made this for you."

  8. Myrna- So fun. I hope your edits are going well. Let me know if you need a reader when you're done:) And I went on a Julian Smith binge a few weeks ago- wasted a lot of time but it was so worth it! The "I'm reading a book" sketch was my favorite.

  9. Yeah, Monty Python was my first thought. Except they seem younger. Julian Smith is the same age as my son! Thanks for the fun distraction, Myrna. And I loved "I'm reading a book," because he's holding actual books, not a Kindle or Nook. (Hey, that could be a line in that video.)

Gotta go back to writing. Good luck with the rest of your revisions!
